Michael Goldmann, DVM, of the Nanuet Animal Hospital in beautiful Rockland County NY is seeking a full time or part time NYS Licensed Veterinary Technician to join his growing practice. The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in medicine, be client oriented with strong client education skills, and be a dedicated and enthusiastic team player.

We tailor vaccine schedules and medical treatment to meet the needs of each patient. We are proud of our AAFP Gold Certification as a Cat Friendly Practice, and we feature separate canine and feline waiting rooms for our patient's comfort. The Gold Standard status is only awarded to those practices that have incorporated the optimum level of Cat Friendly Criteria.

The hospital stresses preventive care, dentistry, exceptional medical workups & treatments, surgery, as well as behavior and nutrition counseling. As a full service hospital we feature in-house laboratory equipment, radiology, digital dental radiology as well as a highly trained technical and support staff. We have been a paperless practice using AVImark for many years.

Our staff to doctor ratio is greater than 3:1. Our normal work schedules are flexible and feature no emergency on call duty. Our technical staff includes NYS Licensed Veterinary Technicians and an LVT with VTS Certification.
