Towne South Animal Hospital is an AAHA accredited small animal hospital that has been serving the Shreveport/Bossier community since 1974. We are exclusive to small animals including exotics. Our hospital is fully equipped with the latest equipment including digital radiography (dental also), ultrasound, laser surgery, Bovie-unit and K-Laser. Cornerstone is our software and all medical records are electronic. We also have a complete Idexx in-house lab and a complete pharmacy.
The support staff at Towne South is excellent with several of our techs having been here for years. We strive to practice the best medicine possible and develop strong bonds with our clients; some of which have been with us since we opened in 1974.
We are looking for a full time veterinarian to join our team. Strong surgical skills are preferred. Hours are flexible and reasonable. No after hours emergencies, all after hours calls are referred to the Animal Emergency Clinic is Shreveport.
Compensation is based on production and a generous benefits package is included.
