We are a full-service 3-doctor small animal hospital in affluent suburb located forty minutes outside of NYC, seeking a veterinarian to join our mission of providing comprehensive and progressive veterinary care in a fun, collaborative environment. Our hospital is newly constructed and well-equipped. Our support staff is comprised of exceptionally skilled certified veterinary technicians and veterinary assistants.
As a member of our team you will enjoy:
No after-hours, on-call, Sunday, or ER shifts
State of the art equipment including in-house Idexx CBC and chemistry analyzers, cryo-surgery, ultrasound, and digital radiography/digital dental radiography, radiologist on-site weekly for consultations and ultrasound.
High staff to doctor ratio - Each doctor is staffed with at least 1 CVT every shift in addition to our veterinary assistant team

What we need from you:
Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) or equivalent degree from an accredited university & licensure (or pending licensure) in good standing to practice in the state of New Jersey.
Be passionate about engaging with clients and educating them about their pet's health
Candidates should be comfortable with pursuing comprehensive diagnostic workups as a large percentage of our clientele are interested in the specialty-level care our general practice provides.
Give feedback when you see something that can be done a better way
Be willing to engage with staff and provide recognition for a job well done.
