Qualifications:
Experience executing high standards of care
Interest in surgery is a major plus!
Primary focus is small animal medicine
Desire to build relationships with the local community
Exhibit a true passion for fostering the well-being of pets and their families
State Veterinary Board License (must be in good standing)
Day in the life:
Collaborate with our knowledgeable and dedicated team: Numerous long-term technicians (2 CVTs) and assistants make up our highly skilled support staff. You'll receive full support from our team to help you every step of the way!
Enjoy a positive work environment: Work in a drama free, communicative, and supportive environment
Partner with clients: Advocate for the pet to plan follow-up visits, provide home-care instructions and education to ensure life-long health
Build relationships: Take the time to talk to clients, understand their concerns, work within their budgets, and get to know them on a first-name basis
Maintain relevant, comprehensive medical records
Deliver medical and surgical treatments with formulary approved pharmaceuticals, supplies, and equipment, in accordance with our standards
Practice in accordance with state practice act and principles of veterinary medical ethics
