SVA is an AAHA-accredited 5 hospital group with mobile in-home services located in North Seattle. We are a privately/ veterinarian owned company and just celebrated 50 years serving the community. We provide the opportunity to share experiences and learn from a group of 15 other DVMs. Our aim is to excel in patient care, client service, and to provide a comfortable and fun work environment while maintaining work/ life balance. Our practice environment includes all the usual high-tech necessities (Ultrasound, Endoscopy, Laser Surgery, Laparoscopy, Cold Laser, Dentistry, Endodontics, Digital Imaging) and offers weekly visits from mobile specialists (Ultrasound, Cardiology). Our overnight technician provides supportive care for our surgical and hospitalized patients. SVA support staff are highly leveraged and we have a commitment to the personal and professional growth of staff members. We foster opportunities for professional development of interest, and encourage long-term employment with our family of practices; we have several LVTs with 30+ years with the company.
The position offers an excellent compensation and benefits package (worth $25-30K). Full time benefits are offered at 12 days/ 4-week rotation (average 3 days/ week) and include a generous medical/ vision/ dental plan, 3 weeks paid time off plus paid holidays, CE allowance and paid CE days, life insurance, generous pet care, employee assistance program, and a retirement plan with company match. Compensation is based on production and the number of shifts worked; however, a base salary will be offered for the first year. Established FT associates are earning $140,000- $180,000. Potential future opportunities for partnership may be available for the right DVM.
