Raymond Animal Hospital is a small animal general practice that focuses not only on providing the best medicine for our patients but also coming at it from a real, humane standpoint for both your clients and staff. In the small-but-mighty team, we hold each other to a high standard but also bolster each other (recognizing achievements, overcome challenges, and more).
Our support staff is unbeatable with completely cross-trained (rooms, surgery, customer service) CVTs, Techs, and Assistants. You will be surrounded by a knowledgeable, skilled team to leverage for your best medicine while working with a great clientele.
About our hospital:
We are aiming to be a 3 doctor practice to support our growing offerings.
We operate Monday through Friday with no overnight, emergency, on-call, or weekend hours.
Flexible schedule (4-day work-week with 3 day weekend)
Doctor-to-Technician ratio of 1-to-2 with an Assistant.
Ninety minute per shift blocked off lunch/call-time with thirty minute appointments.
We are a paper-lite practice with Cornerstone PIMS.
We utilize mobile specialists for complex surgical cases and have an internist and cardiologist that come for ultrasounds and cardiology consultations on a bi-weekly basis.
We are located in close proximity to talented referral hospitals for emergencies or specialty follow-up (VECM, CAVES, Port City, and more).
Our equipment includes:
Digital x-ray (DR and dental)
Complete in-house laboratory, as well as IDEXX referral lab
Ultrasound
Large surgery suite and dental wet table with new, full anesthetic monitoring equipment
Therapeutic Class IV Laser therapy
