We are currently seeking a new or experienced veterinarian to join our state of the art AAHA-accredited practice. When working at Hillside Animal Hospital you will enjoy a dynamic, fast-paced environment that is highly regarded in the community for its excellence and friendly environment. If you are a new grad, mentorship by the practice owner is our gold standard. Collaboration and cooperation with colleagues is highly encouraged at all times. In addition, we dedicate time specifically for collaboration and mentoring during our weekly doctor meetings.
Working at Hillside Animal Hospital you will have the support of your fellow veterinarians along with a dedicated and knowledgeable support staff. We are fortunate to have three certified veterinarian technicians/nurses with over 30 years of experience combined. Our team also consists of highly skilled receptionists and exam room assistants. 4 day work week (3 days wellness/sick appointments & 1 day surgery)
Saturday 8am-2pm rotation (typically work every 4th to 5th Saturday)
On call shared with two AAHA accredited hospitals in the area. Our doctors are on call 1-2 days every 3 weeks. They also rotate on call weekends resulting in approximately 4 times a year being on call from Friday evening to Monday morning.
