Our independently owned practice since 1977 is operated by 2 Veterinarians who are available for mentorship while having 3 associate DVMS, 3 full time technicians, 8 full time assistants, and 1 full-time on-site manager. Our associates make up to 196K to 251K while working less than 36 hours per week.  Nervous about a potential change? Don't be, our team is here for YOU! 1. DVM or equivalent.
2. Active veterinarian license in the state of Ohio.

About Affordable Pet Care Wakeman

We are a friendly, affordable practice offering outpatient services, basic surgery, dental, x-ray and in house lab and pharmacy. We do not do after hours emergencies, as we can refer to a large, well-known emergency facility. We have embraced our roles as general practitioners, and we do not hesitate to refer difficult or involved cases to specialists nearby. Doctors do not discuss money with clients, and we leverage our support staff to make less work for the doctor. We believe doctors should be sipping coffee and checking their email while the techs anesthetize and prep their next surgery. We are located in Northern Ohio. Enjoy quiet country living or live in a friendly small town or Cleveland suburb. Our amazing veterinary team will feel like family in no time!
