Here at The Pet Hospital, we are currently a 2-doctor practice and believe in affordable veterinary medicine in tandem with high-quality medicine and surgery. We are thrilled to be seeking a new veterinarian to come to join our amazing team! Our support staff consists of 9 technicians and 4 receptionists, who help keep our hospital running at peak efficiency every day. Our caseload primarily consists of small animals, with the occasional exotic patient. A new veterinarian will have the opportunity to build a diverse caseload of both medical and surgical cases. We also work with some local rescue groups.

We encourage veterinarians of experience levels to apply and would be eager to mentor a new graduate. Our current veterinarians are both happy and able to provide a comfortable environment that is conducive to learning.

Hours are from 8:00 am – 5:00 pm Monday- Friday, and we are closed on the weekends.

• iM3 Dental Machine
• Orthopedic Equipment (KE, plates, EVEROST, and Securo ACL Repair systems)
• Idexx lab 
• Therapy laser (MLS)

Bessemer City is a small suburban city located in Gaston County, North Carolina. The city is approximately 6 miles northwest of Gastonia, and just 25 miles west of Charlotte.
