Parkway Animal Hospital, a full-service, mixed animal practice with over 30 years of AAHA-accreditation, is seeking an experienced Part-Time Relief Associate Veterinarian!

Day in the life:

• Collaborate with our knowledgeable and dedicated team: 3 doctors and numerous long-term technicians and assistants make up our highly skilled support staff
• Enjoy a positive work environment: Work in an easy going, communicative, and supportive environment. Our staff is full of friendly people with great senses of humor and team player mindsets
• Partner with clients: Advocate for the pet to plan follow-up visits, provide home-care instructions and education to ensure life-long health
• Provide exceptional medical care: We’re a mixed animal practice, however, we primarily see small animal patients
• Maintain relevant, comprehensive medical records
• Deliver medical and surgical treatments with formulary approved pharmaceuticals, supplies, and equipment, in accordance with our standards

Since 1978, Parkway Animal Hospital has worked with large and small animals in the Roseburg, OR, community. We are the only AAHA-accredited animal hospital in the county and have several members of our support staff who were previously Fear Free certified and continue to implement gentle patient handling techniques. We’re a multi-doctor practice, equipped with separate treatment areas for large and small animals and a state-of-the-art small animal surgery suite.
