Crofton Veterinary Center in Crofton, MD has an opportunity for a small animal veterinarian to join our growing 3-doctor practice. Our doctors are supported by a large and experienced support staff that includes two RVTs. We believe in a multimodal and collaborative approach to patient care. One of our main goals is to deliver high quality care while maintaining a favorable work life balance.

• Our facility is continually upgraded to keep up with the latest in pet care. 
• We offer digital radiography (stationary and dental), surgical laser, laser therapy, ultrasound, and a full in-house lab.
• Our clients are great partners when it comes to the care of their pets, and we have great relationships with area specialists.
• Our team enjoys quarterly activities and involvement with community events.
• We work with multiple local rescues and donate to local animal shelters.
• We are always on the lookout for other community events and open to ideas from an incoming veterinarian! 

Our Veterinarian role:

• New graduates or experienced doctors are welcome to apply!
• We offer a mentorship program to new grads and growth opportunities for all of our doctors. 
• We offer a flexible workweek at 32-35 hours/week, no late nights, and no overnights.
• Our doctor schedule includes a 2 hour break that is reserved for lunch, drop offs, and phone calls.
• We have 2-2.5 technicians per doctor for appointments and 1 dedicated technician monitoring and a recovery technician for surgery.
• Our appointments are 30 minutes and we have 4 exam rooms.
