• No after hours, weekends or overnight treatments
• 9-5 work days, schedule is managed so that we normally leave on time.
• 3 days a week is full time and qualifies for most benefits
• Owner DVMs work 2-4 days a week each, and are often available to help when off duty
• CSRs, Assistants and technicians are trained to their capacity, average of 3-4 staff per DVM per shift so you can focus on diagnosing, prescribing and surgery. 
• Cool new facility, readily accessible from US-23

The community wants more of us! We have outgrown our facility and are moving to a new location in town (full renovations in process), expanding from 3 exam rooms to 6 and adding a double surgery and double dental suite with a goal of running HQHV surgical and dental procedures!

Our doctors love a challenge and have a breadth of experience in all things GP and are ready to jump on a tough emergency or urgent care case. Together, they have a huge background of experience in both general practice and emergency medicine and are always looking to improve their skills and knowledge. We are available for whatever level of mentorship you need, whether you are a new grad or experienced doctor.

Our technical team will take care of you and have fun with you! Be prepared to teach them what you know and learn something from them. They do everything possible to make sure that your time is spent using your big doctor brain. We believe in helping our team members reach their potential and thrive on seeing them surprise themselves. They celebrate each other’s wins as if they were their own. Our patient care and customer service are unbeatable. You will have the opportunity to use the medical and surgical skills you have and gain additional skills with the support that you need. Referral options are available, though many of our pet parents prefer treatment with us. We generally do not keep patients overnight or on weekends, so there is no pressure to do after hours care.

Our clinic has everything you need (and some stuff just for fun) including IDEXX in-house Chemistry, Hematology and Sedi-View UA, digital whole body and dental radiography, ultrasound (with multiple probes), complete anesthesia monitoring systems including capnography, digital tonometry and more. We utilize SignalPet services for AI review of our radiographs with option for radiologist referral.

We are excited to launch our cloud based records system, Digitail, in January, with integrated AI Scribe and notes to make your SOAPs and records easy.

Our practice is located in Dundee, MI, a short distance from Ann Arbor, home of the University of Michigan. Live near the college for easy access to shopping, amazing restaurants, and social activity or on a lake for a peaceful, relaxing view. There are many outdoor activities such as hiking and biking trails and equestrian facilities (many of us love horses). Dundee and Monroe are both caring, close-knit local communities you will fall in love with. Cost of living is favorable.
